Subject: Easily 5 stars
It is just Britt Daniel from Spoon doing a solo acoustic show. He uses a drum machine sometimes, but it's just him up there with the guitar. A really beautiful sounding recording. Super crisp and clear, and the audience cheers between songs are just the right amount to hear them but it isn't 'loud' at all. All sorts of spoon songs, and he seems 'into' the show for sure. A great unique twist on spoon songs and yes, he basically takes requests the whole time. really rare these days but he does it. great stuff! even the 64k-in-details-page flash player in the upper right portion of the page sounds smoking. so the VBR 'hi-fi' stream sounds even better!

Subject: Excellent Show
This is an great recording all the way around. Crisp, clean sound, great song selection, great energy. I've never seen Spoon or a B. Daniel solo set but I was amazed at how well he holds his own. Huge thanks for the taper for taking the time and putting together such a nice show.

Excellent! A very clear soundboard recording with 2 new Spoon songs (one of which might have been played for the first time, but I'm not sure). A must-have for any Spoon/Britt fan.

Subject: Biased Review from Taper
This was a freakin' sweet show, and the sound of this matrix is excellent. Britt doesn't do many solo shows (without Spoon), and he literally just played audience requests the entire night, so this tape is really something special that you owe it to yourself to check out. Finally, I could use some help identifying the song titles for each of the tracks, so if you know what they are, please send me an email or post here so I can update the Archive metadata. Thanks, and don't forget to write up a review!
